It’s one of the top killers in the world, and a very heart-breaking diagnosis.  Many people use costly, ineffective ways to deal with cancer, yet somehow fail to explore one of the most simple, easiest paths to healing…food!  Within recent years the public has finally begun to wise up about the link between diet and cancer.  It comes as no surprise then, that food holds the same power to heal as it does to hurt.  And with three chances a day for enhancing well being, utilize the benefits of food to strengthen you and your fight against cancer!

Equally as important, learning to use food in the prevention of cancer can also prove to be a strong defensive link.  While there are several factors that contribute to the growth of cancerous cells, such as environmental pollutants, emotional damage, hereditary disposition, etc., find out how food can be a key player in health, so it is not another cancer-contributing factor.  Why wait until it goes too far?  Invest in yourself; invest in your health; invest in your knowledge!  Food is never “the only answer” for beating cancer but it sure is a good start!  Take my mini quiz; the answers are revealed at the end!  Look for upcoming Cancer Fighting Recipes as well.  Enjoy!
