Pizza Fusion

Hey everyone!  Sorry it’s been a long time again since I’ve posted!  Things are still hectic, but should be better now!

Two weekends ago, Rob and I went to West Palm Beach, Florida to see my favorite band, Collective Soul, at the Sun Fest for my birthday!  It was a total blast!  Not only was the band insane, but Rob and I found this cool place called Pizza Fusion not too far from the hotel.  So we went over there for dinner the first night and tried their whole wheat crust and vegan cheese!  I don’t know about you, but I was thrilled!  I hardly ever eat vegan cheese, but I thought this was one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a long time that I think more pizza places should consider!  The crust had the perfect crunch, was the perfect thickness, and the peppers and garlic were scrumptious!  Also available was the gluten free crust and lots of other toppings!  Having a rectangular variety was fun too and we loved it!  So we went back the second night for dinner there!  We devoured the pizza after a long day and swimming in the ocean, then watched the sun go down while eating a gluten free vegan brownie!  How’s that for indulging?  Just because it’s vegan, doesn’t mean it’s healthy…a brownie’s a brownie, but oh boy, a mighty tasty brownie it was!  And I would never know it was gluten free!  Currently there are locations in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Ohio and Virginia.  I’d recommend this place in a second!  Check it out:  www.pizzafusion.com
